The Edit: The Skin

It was just over a week ago that I was rambling away about my Sunday make up choices. This isn't dissimilar however, I think I may have cracked this über dewy skin malarkey. After having a little "Shopping my stash" session I found myself mixing and applying all sorts of goodies in hope I'd find the trick to flawless, fresh skin. I may be controversial when I say this but I have not being getting along with Chantecaille Just Skin at all, purely down to wrong shade and my troublesome skin. I decided to mix it in with my Laura Mercier Silk Creme Foundation and wow. It added the glowiness (?) Laura lacks but the kick ass coverage Chantecaille doesn't give. The shades combined also compliment me really well. It fooled me into thinking I had Rosie Huntington Whiteley skin, yes, that good.

After feeling smug with myself I whacked on the good ol' NARS Laguna Bronzer, if you haven't got this right now have a word with yourself please because it is a STAPLE. Contour or bronzing our pale little British faces up? This bad boy does it all. If you are blessed with exotic skin or you actually contain melanin unlike me then this gives a beautiful warmth anyway. I have been using NARS Multiple in Maldives religiously and yes, it's super pretty and golden but I had forgotten a certain gem in my stash. NARS Multiple in Orgasm, or Multiple Orgasm if you want to be naughty. I'm not a huge fan of the cult blusher Orgasm, I find it too pink and I prefer Deep Throat any day (I know you're giggling). But the multiple looks pretty sensational, it gives me colour and fresh sheen onto my cheekbones. With this, I ditch powder blush and embrace the glow. It is usually said this shade with Laguna Bronzer are the perfect partners, I agree.

The round everything up. Lashings of mascara  my favourite combo being MAC In Extreme Dimension followed by MAC Extended Play Lash. Pop's those peepers right up. And a slathering of gloss my boyfriend  aims to avoid. It may not be summer yet and I most definitely haven't packed away those snoods but with beach-ready skin like that, who needs to know? I won't tell if you don't.
